Queenie is the only female in the C-Suite, leading the Marketing, Customer Service, Training & Development, and HR & Administrative divisions. From the fashion to the home appliance industry, and from agency to the corporate scene, her expertise lies in understanding market demands and trends as well as consumer behaviours. With prior experience in a home appliance MNC, Queenie’s deep industry knowledge and insights have helped shape CUCKOO International as a Healthy Home Creator through timely introduction of products, services as well as campaigns that connect with consumers.
Internally, Queenie firmly believes in inculcating a corporate culture that is people-focused, friendly and supportive. Whether it is a big or small celebration, frequent company outings were conducted to help employees bond together as a family – the CUCKOO family.
