CUCKOO+ Care Service Package & Filter Replacement

  1. You are encouraged to renew your subscription for the CUCKOO+ Care Service Package (CCSP) annually. Upon the expiration of your CCSP subscription, a 4-month cooling-off period will be initiated (“Cooling-off Period”).
  2. The pricing structure and applicable charges for CCSP subscription and filter replacement vary under different conditions:
    • During the Cooling-Off Period:
      • Subscription of CCSP: The subscription price will be at the standard CCSP rate.
    • After the Cooling-Off Period:
      • Subscription of CCSP: Subscriptions made after the 4-month cooling-off period will incur the standard CCSP rate plus additional charges for replacement of any expired filters. Each expired filter will be billed 50% of the standard filter price.
    • Without an Active CCSP:
      • Filter replacement: If you do not have an active CCSP and require a filter replacement, you will be billed for the standard filter costs and any applicable labour charges.
  3. Any application for purchase or subscription of CCSP will be subject to CUCKOO’s approval. CUCKOO reserves the right to decline your application for CCSP if your Product(s) have been in use for a period of ten (10) years or more from the delivery/ installation date or is no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable by CUCKOO for any reasons whatsoever.
  4. CUCKOO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
