Terms and Conditions

By participating in CUCKOO Play To Win-GrabbyBara Mini Game Campaign (“Campaign“), all participants agree to accept and comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

Campaign Period

  1. The Campaign is organized by CUCKOO INTERNATIONAL (MAL) BERHAD (Registration No.: 201401026804 (1102894-H)) (“CUCKOO”) and shall commence on 2rd October 2024 and end on 11th November 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. All game plays and entries must be completed within this Campaign Period. Any participation or entry outside of the Campaign Period will not be accepted and entertained.

    3. Eligibility

  3. This Campaign is open to public to participate except for the employees of CUCKOO or any third party independent contractor appointed by CUCKOO for the facilitate of the Campaign.
  4. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and free. No purchase is necessary to enter.

    5. How to Participate

  5. To enter GrabbyBara Mini Game (“Game”), participants must access this Campaign via microsite at https://rewardin.me/c/cuckoo-grabbybara and play the Game provided.
  6. Each participant is limited to one (1) game entry per week during the Campaign Period.

    7. Redeemable Prizes

  7. Participants who achieve the required scores/points will be eligible to redeem prizes, as disclosed on the Campaign webpage (“Prizes”), based on the total points they accumulate.
  8. Redeemed Prizes will be sent to the individual winners/ participants via the email provided during registration, subject to full compliance with the Terms and Conditions herein are complied with by the Participants.
  9. Redemption of Prizes are subjected to availability. CUCKOO reserves the right to replace any Prizes with similar item of equal or greater value without notice.
  10. Prizes are redeemable on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
  11. Any prize voucher or ticket will be invalid once it has been fully used/redeemed or after their expiration. Each prize voucher or ticket is subject to its own terms and conditions.
  12. CUCKOO shall have no further obligation once the Prizes have been delivered to the Participants.
  13. CUCKOO shall have sole discretion to update, change or replace the Prizes at any time without any notice or liability to any party.

    14. Fraudulent Activity and Disqualification

CUCKOO reserves the right to ban any participants from participating in the Campaign or disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to tampering with entry process, engaging in unfair play or using automated means to participate and exclude them, from receiving any Prizes.

    15. Data Collection

By entering the Campaign, all participants agree that their personal data may be used for the purpose of administering the Campaign and fulfilling Prizes in accordance with CUCKOO ’s Personal Data Privacy Notice outlined at https://www.cuckoo.com.my/pdpa-consent and/or its third-party Gamification Engagement Platform, Rewardinme’s privacy policy set out at https://rewardin.me/c/cuckoo-grabbybara.

  18. CUCKOO reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms & Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue this game at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
  19. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on https://rewardin.me/c/cuckoo-grabbybara or any CUCKOO’s website.
  20. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials related to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  21. CUCKOO accepts no responsibility for any technical failures, incorrect or inaccurate information supplied, or for lost or delayed entries.
  22. CUCKOO is not liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in this Campaign or the acceptance of the prize.
